Perform this action about five times. Practice these exercises regularly. Remember, about 30 minutes a day should be sufficient to practice these exercises.

Role of good posture:
Many experts are of the opinion that in addition to exercises, you should also cultivate the habit of good posture. That means while walking, you must keep your back erect and the chin must be straight (parallel to the ground). You must look straight; at least about twenty feet away. Keep your shoulder in a relaxed position. Wear comfortable shoes. Similarly, while in a sitting posture, sit erect and wherever possible, try to stretch your legs. These will greatly impact your attempt to improve your height.

Food and sleep habits are also important elements:
In addition to these exercises, swimming and games like volleyball also help in adding extra height. In addition to exercises, you must also adapt healthy food habits. The food must be rich in proteins and vitamins. Give up alcohol, smoking because these are known to affect the growth of HGH (Human Growth Hormones) which are crucial contributors to healthy body growth and development.
