Rest... a lot
Now, you shouldn't read that title and think that you have been given free reign to sit on the couch all day. What it actually refers to is the rest between sets.
If you have ever had a personal trainer then you will know that you might do 10 reps lifting a certain weight, then rest for a minute and do 10 more. However, studies have shown that taking a 2-minute break between reps will help you to produce more testosterone.
Weight training
If you have a weight-training regime, you should think about using your legs when lifting. Some people will just stand there when they are doing bicep curls, but it is actually better for you if you do a squat whilst you are lifting small weights.
This is because using your legs when you are lifting weights promotes the testosterone in the body.

If you have done all of the above and your testosterone levels are still low, then you should ask the doctor about hormone replacement. If you don't want to take prescribed medication then you do have a herbal alternative.
